These terms govern the relationship between you (the “Client”) and Creative Collins Digital Marketing Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) for all services provided under the 247 Websites brand, including web design, CRM implementation, marketing support and technical support.
By making payment or entering into a contract with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Company Information

2. Engaging Our Services
Clients begin engagement by paying the full project amount via our online invoice system, powered by Stripe.
A contract must be signed before work commences.
Upon project completion, the client is required to activate a monthly subscription using a High Level form.
3. Scope of Services
Services are quoted individually and tailored to the client’s needs.
We also offer ongoing monthly support packages:
Marketing & Content Support
3 hours – £180/month
5 hours – £275/month
10 hours – £500/month
Ad hoc – £60/hour
3 hours – £180/month
5 hours – £275/month
10 hours – £500/month
Ad hoc – £60/hour
All services are subject to a one-year minimum term unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment Terms
Website and CRM projects must be paid for in full before work begins.
For complex CRM builds, a deposit may be charged with the balance due on completion.
Websites will not be released or made live until the required monthly subscription has been set up.
We do not charge VAT.
Refunds will be provided for cancellations, minus any reasonable costs incurred by us up to the point of cancellation.
All contracts are initially for 12 months, then renew on a rolling annual basis.
If a client terminates before the end of a contracted year, the remaining balance must still be paid in full.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of the website structure and development. The content provided by the client or written by us on their behalf is owned by the client.
After the initial 12-month subscription, clients are free to move their website to another High Level provider.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate business information so we can develop content and build the site effectively.
If a client delays the project (e.g., through non-communication or lack of required materials), monthly subscription fees will still become due based on the expected project completion date.
7. Data Protection
We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Your data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
We use trusted third-party services including High Level CRM, Google Analytics, and Stripe.
We will never sell your personal data.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take all reasonable care in providing our services, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including lost profits or business interruption) arising from website downtime, third-party failures, or changes made by platforms beyond our control.
Our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount paid by the client in the preceding 12-month period.
9. Termination
Clients may terminate at the end of their initial contract year, subject to a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.
Early termination will result in the full balance of the remaining contract becoming immediately payable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or breach of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
